Acid Oils

Acid oil which is a by product of vegetable oil industry has been is suitable as a source for Soap, Grease, Oleo chemical Factories, poultry feed and biodiesel.

Acid Oil is derived from the Soap Stocks produced, the Acid Oil Comprises of Purest Retention oil derived through several extraction processes.

The soap stock obtained during neutralization of Rice bran oil/ Cotton seed oil /Sunflower oil is collected in an acid proof vessel and acidified at an elevated temperature. The acidification results separation of fatty matter from the soap-water-oil mixture. The fatty matter is collected separately as acid oil and stored in the storage tank.
